Ephesians 5:3-14

Embracing God as ‘Father’ involves the grateful realigning every aspect of life with His good design (including sex!)

Any deviation from God’s parameters for sex is: 

1) Wrong (Genesis 2:21-25)

2) Impure (Hebrews 13:4)

3) Idolatrous (Romans 1:24, 26-27)

4) Dangerous (Revelation 21:1-8)

While sexual sin is no more damning than any other sin, it is more deceitful and destructive.

1 Corinthians 6:15-20

Application:

Live as and in the light: Don’t embrace or excuse sexual immorality, expose it and eradicate it.

Love and protect your spouse: Have sex with them, often.

Proverbs 5:15-21 // 1 Corinthians 7:2-5

Love sexual sinners: Tell them the truth, give them the gospel and call them to repent.
